Do you deliver to PO Boxes and 24/7 Parcel Lockers?+
Yes. Because we dispatch exclusively through the Australia Post network, we provide 100% full coverage for all residential addresses, commercial studios, PO Boxes, and Australia Post 24/7 Community Parcel Lockers nationwide across Australia.
When will I receive my Australia Post tracking number?+
As soon as your package is boxed and scanned by our studio dispatch team, our system transmits an automated dispatch receipt with your official Australia Post tracking reference code and a direct HMAC tracking link.
Do you ship internationally or to New Zealand?+
We currently deliver exclusively within Australia via Australia Post. International shipping (including New Zealand) is not available at this stage as we scale local production and studio capacity.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed by the courier?+
All studio parcels are covered by our transit guarantee. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days beyond the delivery window, email our studio at hello@renardtools.com.au and we will initiate an expedited investigation and dispatch a replacement if necessary.
